The issue of entrepreneurship and job creation is one of the important problems that most countries in the world, even developed countries, are involved in today. One of the most important factors or obstacles in creating employment and entrepreneurship can be mentioned the lack or weakness in preparing basic and targeted plans and programs. Therefore, it seems that supporting the private sector as the most important pillar of entrepreneurship has played an effective role in creating jobs in the society. Considering this lack, the main concern of this research was to create a suitable environment for entrepreneurship and job creation as one of the important needs of today’s society. One of the obstacles to employment is always the lack of infrastructure and suitable spaces. This important thing has been the primary motivation of this project to design coworking spaces for optimal and easy use for entrepreneurs and to create productive and effective social interactions. The purpose of designing and researching shared work spaces is to fundamentally update the structures of today’s work and office space in the society, on the other hand, as the purpose of establishing and operating technology parks is to create a suitable platform for the growth of technology and the development of the market of knowledge-based and new companies. Therefore, it was decided to select the desired project site in Pardis Shahr Technology Park with the same use and administrative area.
The selected land is located in Pardis Technology Park, with an area of 5071 square meters, which is located in phase 3 of this complex, whose characteristics, including the type of use, occupation level, allowed density, etc., are presented below. Pardis Technology Park as the most important and largest technology park of the country with the permission of the Council for the Development of Higher Education in 2014 under the presidential institution and with the cooperation of a number of universities and scientific-research centers of the country with the aim of commercializing the achievements of technologists and creating a suitable platform for The growth of technology, the development of the market of knowledge-based companies was established. As one of the sub-organizations of the presidential science and technology department, so far more than 250 knowledge-based technology units from more than 1900 applicants in the fields of advanced technologies such as information and communication technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology, new materials, mechanics and automation. It has been accepted as a member of this group and these technology units have been able to establish and establish their research centers or design and engineering offices in Pardis Technology Park.
