Located in one of Tehran’s most elevated and prestigious neighborhoods, this luxury residential project in Ajudaniye was conceived to go beyond conventional living—an architecture that embodies contemporary global standards while offering a distinct and refined identity. The client’s request was clear: to create a high-end residential building that would represent elegance, modernity, and spatial excellence. The project comprises expansive units, each exceeding 300 square meters, which provided the opportunity to shape generous interior spaces with a strong architectural presence. A minimalist and modernist design approach was adopted from the outset—one that values clarity, spatial discipline, and precision in every detail. The ambition was to create a pure architectural form that is both restrained and expressive. A central design strategy was the articulation of the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Terraces were not treated as residual spaces, but as key design elements embedded within the architectural language. These terraces are arranged within purposeful voids carved into the mass of the building. These incisions introduce rhythm and depth to the form, allowing natural light, views, and open air to filter deep into the living spaces while maintaining a sense of privacy and control.
